ZD Terminal license
ZD Terminal (the desktop application, the server, and the iPhone and iPad app with bundle ID com.zdterminal.app) is proprietary software. © 2026 Z D LLC. All rights reserved.
ZandD grants authorized ZandD members a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ZD Terminal for ZandD's internal research and paper trading, as described in the Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or reverse engineer ZD Terminal, except where the law allows it or an open-source license below gives you that right for the component it covers.
When you obtain the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

TradingView Lightweight Charts™ is © TradingView, Inc. and is used under the Apache License 2.0; ZD Terminal links to tradingview.com as the license requires. Full license texts ship with each component and are available on request from your ZandD administrator.
Trademarks and data
"ZD Terminal" and the ZD mark belong to Z D LLC. Other names (for example S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, E-mini, Yahoo, Apple, iPhone, iPad, App Store, TestFlight, Tailscale) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or data sources; no endorsement is implied. Market data remains the property of its providers: see Data sources.
